Sales Executive

About the role

The Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the customerbase. The role involved collaborating with other teams and staying up to date with industry trendsto ensure sales success.


• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
• Analyze sales data and customer needs to identify opportunities for expansion.• Negotiate and finalize sales contracts and agreements with customers.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, such as revenue, conversion rates, and pipeline growth, to identify areas for improvement.
• Create annual and quarterly sales plans with detailed revenue projections.
• Tracking and compiling reports on account progress, targets and forecasts,
• Continuously adjust sales strategies based on performance data.
• Lead and collaborate with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide input on product development and enhancements based on customer feedback.

Minimum Qualifications and requirrements

• 3-4years in Account Executive role
• Strong understanding of the Saas Industry
• Degree/Diploma
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• A proven track record of retaining and growing client relationships.
• Experience in presentation and negotiation of business solutions at senior management level
